You may need to edit a class within a course, for example if one of the classes needs to be arranged for a new date, this guide explains how to do this.
Step 1: Go to the Coaching module on the left hand side in the Admin area and then into the course you wish to edit/remove the class from and select the sessions
Please note: If you have a Single or Recurring course, it will bring up the list of sessions straight away. You will then need to click into the session you would like to amend and click on 'Edit session' in the right hand corner.
Step 2: Once you click on the session you will see the page appear like this. You'll then need to click on Edit session:
a) Here you can edit the session details, such as the date and time. Once you have done this save the class by clicking on the blue 'Save session' button.
b) If you wish to cancel a session due to bad weather or half term for example you can also do that here by selecting 'Cancel session'. This won't effect the other upcoming classes. The session will be cancelled and removed from the website:
Step 3: When cancelling, a pop up box will appear where you have the option to send an email to let the player know and issue a refund. If you enable this option, you will be able to edit the content. You can then need to scroll down in the box and tick the ‘I confirm I want to cancel’ Box and select ‘Yes’ to confirm the cancellation.
Please note: If you do not have any players booked on, you will have the option to just Delete session.
A pop box will appear to confirm. This session will be completely removed from the admin area.
