This article will show you how to Add /Remove Tags:
How to Add a Tag:
Step 1: To give a tag to all your contacts or selected members, go into the Contacts Module in the Admin area on the left hand side.
Step 2: Select all members by placing a tick in the box at the top left-hand corner or by ticking the box to the left of their Unique ID. (This is also handy for the 'all but one' emails.)
Step 3: When all the contacts have been selected, click on the circle icon with the dots and choose 'add tag'.
Step 4: Once you have clicked on that button, the following overlay will appear.
Tick/select the tag(s), e.g. Booking, you wish to apply to those members and then click the blue 'Save' button and then 'Close'. You will now find the tag(s) are now applied to your members' names.
Step 5: Now, if you want to email those with the 'Booking' tag, you can filter the tag(s) by using the filter bar along the top. Anyone without the 'Booking' tag, will not appear, preventing you from emailing those members.
Step 6: With the 'Booking' tag still selected, you can now email those contacts by clicking on the envelope (email) button which is located at the top left-hand corner of the contacts. The following overlay will appear.
Here you will find the option to include anyone who is unregistered to the platform. You will need to click the grey part of the box which will then turn blue to send them any emails. Fill in the subject (message header/title) and your message. You can also add an attachment to the email. The First Name of the member will automatically appear within the email they receive. Then click 'Send'.
You will see this notification once the email has been sent.
How to Remove a Tag:
Step 1: Go to the contacts module.
Step 2: Select all contacts by ticking the box above the unique ID box or by ticking the box beside individual contact's names for specific contacts.
Step 3: Click the circle icon with the three dots and click Choose the 'remove tags' option.
And tick the box beside the tag you wish to remove.
Step 5: Click the blue 'save button' to finish removing the tag from all contacts.
