You have the ability to upload files, images and videos to the pages and subpages of your emails in the contacts module.
Add An Image /Photo
Step 1:
Select the contacts you wish to email and in the email pop up - enter the subject line, and then text content and then select the picture icon within the body of a text panel.
Step 2:
From here you can browse your library and upload any images from your computer. You can add static images or gifs. Click Browse Server
Step 3:
Select 'Upload' to upload the images you wish to use. All uploaded images will be stored here in the file manager. Once uploaded, you can then select the image so it is highlighted and then click Choose.
Step 4:
You may find the image is way too big or small. You can then choose the width of the image. I recommend a width of 100 works well. Ignore the text, that won't show.
You can choose if it on the left or right.
Once happy click OK. To add more images, repeat the step.
This is an example of how the above email will appear:
Add A File/Document
Step 1:
Select the text that you would to link and click on the hyperlink button.
Step 2:
Select 'Browse Server' to upload a file/document from your computer.
Step 3:
If there are no files currently in your library folder - you can add these by using the 'drag & drop' function from an open folder on your computer. Once the file is added to your library click on it so that it is highlighted as shown below.
By selecting 'Choose' will link your document/file to the word you previously selected.
You will know this has been done as the word will appear to be underlined and blue in colour (see below image).
Add a Logo to the bottom of your email
If you would like your venue logo to appear at the bottom of your email. You can add this here in the Website Settings.
If you find that the LOGO looks wrong in the emails, i.e. stretched, or too big, you will need to resize the logo and re-add it in. Please see this guide on how to add the logo:
