Parent/Guardians can make bookings on behalf of their children using the child's membership. Similarly, the Main Contact of a group membership can book on behalf of other group members listed .
Please note: The Booker App or any external booking apps is for those booking the courts for themselves, if you are booking on behalf of a junior/partner this needs to be done via the website.
Step 1: The parent/guardian or main contact will first need to 'Login' to ClubSpark as themselves via their own login credentials.
After you login if you are taken to the Clubspark homepage, go to your venue's clubspark page.
Step 2: Once you have done this, you will need to Switch User to bring up the list of your linked users who have a membership with the venue.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the member's profile. Click on the Bookings page in the navigation bar. Select Make a Booking
They should then see the booking sheet from the members profile:
Step 4: Click on the slot you wish to book and the following pop-up will appear with the member's name as the participant.
Here you will be able to select the booking duration from the ending time dropdown and enter any other participants if you have the group booking feature enabled.
Step 5: Click on the 'Continue Booking' button located at the bottom right of the popup box.
Please Note: If this is a first time booking, they will be asked to accept the venue's terms and conditions along with opting into any consents.
Step 6: You will then be taken to the booking confirmation screen; this will also show a breakdown of costs included if the venue charges for court bookings or guest fees. You will be able to make any payments if required and confirm the booking on behalf of the member.
Step 7 (optional):
Once the booking has been completed, you will be able to make another court booking for the same member by clicking on the 'Book Another Court' button or to view all the member's court bookings by clicking on the 'View My Bookings' button.
