Booking A Court On Behalf Of Junior Members

Parent/Guardians can make bookings on behalf of their children using the child's membership.

Please note: The Booker App is for those booking the courts for themselves, if you are booking on behalf of a junior this needs to be done via the website. 

Step 1: The parent/guardian will first need to 'Login' to ClubSpark as themselves via their LTA credentials.

Step 2: Once they have done this, they will need to click on their name in the top right corner and select the junior that they are booking on behalf of. 

Step 3: Once the parent/guardian has selected the junior's profile, they will be taken to the Junior's profile.

Click on the Court Booking page in the navigation bar, (or edit the URL and remove /EditProfile and replace with /Booking)

They should then see the booking sheet like so:

Step 4: The parent/guardian will click on the slot they wish to book and the following pop-up will appear with the Junior's name as the participant.

Here they will be able to select the booking duration from the ending time dropdown and enter any other participants if you have the group booking feature enabled.  

Step 5: They will then need to click on the 'Continue Booking' button located at the bottom right of the overlay. 

Please Note: If this is a first time booking, they will be asked to accept the venue's terms and conditions along with opting into any consents. 

Step 6: They will then be taken to the booking confirmation screen; this will also show a breakdown of costs included if the venue charges for court bookings or guest fees. The parent/guardian will be able to make any payments if required and confirm the booking. 

Step 7 (optional):

Once the booking has been completed, the parent/guardian will be able to make another court booking by clicking on the 'Book Another Court' button or to view all the junior's court booking by clicking on the 'View My Bookings' button.
