If you are stuck on an error or time out page, please use this method to clear your stored cache for Clubspark only.
While on LTA Clubspark website, click the button on the left of the address bar like below:
Then click Cookies and site data and then Manage on-device site data (yellow):
You should get a popup box like below, please then click the Bin icon next to all showing options:
This should then prompt you to reload the page, which should restore any issues with the platform.
