If you are receiving some emails from 'mail@clubspark.co.uk' but not receiving admin email notifications then you may need to whitelist our system email 'mail@clubspsark.co.uk'
- First ensure you have the correct admin email notification options turned on.

- Then you can check the club's mail log to see if the admin email notification has been sent out to the admins email by the system. You can also check the status.

We've found the emails are being sent out in most cases, but being blocked by the admins mail provider. To resolve this you can whitelist 'mail@clubspsark.co.uk' or add to the safe senders list.
