Create a Booking Widget for Independent/External Website

This feature is enabled on some platforms, if you don't see the widgets feature and would like this for your organization please contact support. 

 

• Add the Court Booking availability search widget to external websites to drive more bookings.
• From the Admin area, go to the Booking Module
• Click the Settings Tab
• Under Widgets, click Create Widgets

• Choose a layout option (once you choose a layout and color, you will be able to see a preview of how it will look) 

• Choose a color scheme (click through the options available - the preview in example which show the different options) 

  

• An example preview will be shown and includes options that will be available to your users.
  • Options include Choose Date, time, duration, and court type
  • Check availability will take you to Court booking availability page
• Instructions for inputting widget into a website will be given here:

•  If you would like your users to be able to book for themselves and also guests, then you will need to activate this feature from within your court booking settings, see guide Group Bookings & Guest Fees
