To send emails to your junior contacts, you have to do this through their parent or guardian. You can do this via the Contacts or Membership modules.
Step 1: Sending via the Contacts Module
Go to the Contacts Module, find the junior contact you would like to email.
Select 'Profile options' and then 'Email contact'. Junior contacts will need to have a linked parent or guardian for the 'Email contact' button to appear as the email will be sent to the parent/guardian of the junior.
Step 3: Sending an email via the Contacts table
To email junior contacts in the Contacts Module, select the button which will activate when you have selected which members you wish to email.
Click 'Include unregistered?' for those whose parent/guardian may not have registered on the platform yet. You may also find that the number of selected juniors doesn't match the number of recipients, this is because some juniors may have the same parent/guardian. You will be able to send an attachment from the Contacts Module you can't do this via the Membership Module.
Once you have typed the email out and attached any documents click the blue 'Send' button.
Step 6: Sending an email via the Membership Module
Go to the Membership Module and into the junior membership package.
Once in the package, change the view from 'Members' to 'Main Contacts'.
Select all the parents/guardians you wish to contact and press the button. Don't forget to the select 'Include unregistered?' to ensure the email reaches all recipients.
Please Note: Emails will be sent to the parent/guardian and not to the junior.
