To send emails to your junior contacts, you have to do this through their parent or guardian in order for this to work. Each parent/guardian needs to be linked to the junior as the main contact.
You can do this via the Contacts or Membership modules:

Sending an Email to an Individual Contact:
Step 1: Go to the Contacts module, locate the junior contact you would like to email (you can use the 'first & last name filters to help you find the account)
Step 2: When on the junior profile, click on the 'Email' button
Please note: Junior contacts will need to have a linked parent or guardian for the 'Email' button to appear as the email will be sent to the parent/guardian of the junior.
Step 3: Compose your email and then click 'Send' when finished.
Sending an Email to Multiple Junior Contacts:
Step 1: Go to the Contacts module
Step 2: Filter for the applicable junior members (junior filter would have 'Yes' to ensure only junior contacts displayed)
Step 3:Click the box beside 'Unique ID' to 'select all' juniors or individually tick the box beside the junior players you'd like to email (email will be sent to the parent/main contact).
Step 4: Select the envelope button and compose your email then attach any documents/files by clicking the 'Browse' button and selecting a file.
Step 5: Click the blue 'Send' button.
Sending an Email via the Membership Module to Junior members:
Step 1: Go to the Membership module located on the left hand side bar and select the junior membership package.
Step 2: Once in the package, change the view from 'Members' to 'Main Contacts'.
Step 3: Select all the parents/guardians you wish to contact and press the button.
Don't forget to the select 'Include unregistered?' to ensure the email reaches all recipients.
Please note: Emails will be sent to the parent/guardian and not to the junior.
Step 4: Click the blue 'Send' button.
