- Parent/Guardian cancelling their booking
A parent/guardian needs to cancel a booking within 48 hours of making a booking to receive a full refund. This needs to be cancelled within the ‘Courses’ section of their profile in ClubSpark.
Once here, they will be able to see the course that their child is booked onto and click the 'Cancel' button, where they will remove the participant from the course and receive their full refund.
- Coaches cancelling a booking
Coaches who cancel a booking/attendee from a course will only be able to issue a refund of £29.99
If you do need to cancel a booking/attendee for any reason, please follow these steps:
Go the course and find the attendee. Click on the player’s name and change the status to 'Cancelled' from the drop-down list where the following overlay will appear:
To then refund the player, you will need to click the 'refund' button next to their payment.
Please Note: You can only refund if the participants payment meets the following requirements:
- Those players that have paid online only
- Those players who have not been refunded before (No in the 'Refunded' column)
- Those player that do not have a star by the ‘No’ in Refunded list (59 days has passed)

Please Note – If you do not have the sufficient funds within your Stripe account you will receive an error message. You will need to wait until another booking has been made to refund online (to have sufficient funds within your Strip account) or issue the refund offline.
