- Parent/Guardian cancelling their booking
A parent/guardian needs to cancel a booking within 48 hours of making a booking to receive a full refund. This needs to be cancelled within the ‘Your courses’ section of the profile in ClubSpark.
To access their courses, they will first need to login, select 'Profile' and then select 'Your courses' on the left-hand side. Here they will be able to see an overview of any upcoming courses the child is booked onto and cancel.
- Coaches cancelling a booking
Coaches who cancel a booking/attendee from a course will only be able to issue a refund of £25
If you do need to cancel a booking/attendee for any reason, please follow these steps:
Go the course and find the attendee. Click on the player’s name and change the status to 'Cancelled' from the drop-down list.
You will then need to select the refund button to refund the parent.
If you are cancelling a booking because the parent/ guardian wants to move to a different course date/ time, please refer to the ‘Moving a Tennis for Kids participant from one course to another’ article.
Please Note – If you do not have the sufficient funds within your Stripe account you will receive an error message. You will need to wait until another booking has been made to refund online (to have sufficient funds within your Strip account) or issue the refund offline.
