If your venue is interested in setting up Pay and Play and allowing non-members to book courts for a fee then follow this guide.
Step 1:
To setup Pay and Play, you first need to ensure that your STRIPE set up to take online payments.
Step 2:
Once you have set-up Stripe, you will first need to ensure that your courts are open to 'Anyone' and that you have a rule in place for 'Everyone'. This will allow non-members to view your booking sheet to make their court bookings. You can enable these settings within your 'basic settings' within the Booking Module.
Step 3:
Once you have set this up, you will then need to head to your schedules to set up when and what times you allow non-members to pay and play at your courts.
You will need to create a Pay and Play ruleset, that will enable your non-members to make court bookings.
Here you will be able to enter your court fees.
Once you have created your ruleset, you will need to 'paint' it onto the table/grid on the left of the screen for when Pay and Play will take place and click the blue 'Save schedules' button once you have finished.
Have a look at our LTA Play support guides, a great LTA product that will open up your courts for you to get more use out of them.
We also offer a Gated Access system, which will make your courts more secure and only allow players to enter the court at the time of their booking. If you are interested in finding out more information, contact our support team today at support@clubspark.com
