Deleting/Cancelling An LTA Youth Course/Class

This guide will cover the steps for the following: 

• Cancelling/Deleting an LTA Youth Class 

• Cancelling/Deleting an LTA Youth Course

Cancelling/Deleting an LTA Youth Class 

Please Note: You can only delete a class if you have no participants already book onto it. If you do have participants booked onto the class, then you'll only be able to cancel it. 

Step 1: 

You'll first need to locate the session/class that you wish to remove from the LTA Youth course.

Step 2:

You will then need to select the session that you wish to cancel from the course. Here you'll need to click on the blue 'Edit Session' button. 

Step 3: 

Once you have clicked on the blue 'Edit Session' button you'll be taken to the following page where you'll need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue outlined 'Cancel Session' button 

Please Note: If you have no participants booked onto this class/session, the 'cancel' button will say 'delete' and you'll be able to delete the class instead. 

Step 4: 

When you click on the 'Cancel Session' button, the following overlay will appear: 

Here is where you'll be able to decide if you'd like to refund your participants - this will be the full amount - as well as if you would like to send a cancellation email, which you can edit with your own message. 

You will then need to tick the 'I confirm' box before clicking on the blue 'Yes' button. 

Cancelling/Deleting an LTA Youth Course

Please Note: You can only delete a course if you have no participants already book onto it. If you do have participants booked onto the course, then you'll only be able to cancel it. 

Step 1: 

You'll first need to locate the course that you wish to remove from the LTA Youth.

Step 2:

You will then need to select the course that you wish to cancel from the course. Here you'll need to click on the blue 'Edit Course' button in the top right corner. 

Step 3: 

Once you have clicked on the blue 'Edit Course' button you'll be taken to the following page where you'll need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue outlined 'Cancel Course' button 

Please Note: If you have no participants booked onto this course, the 'cancel' button will say 'delete' and you'll be able to delete the course instead. 

Step 4: 

When you click on the 'Cancel Course' button, the following overlay will appear: 

Here is where you'll be able to send a cancellation email, which you can edit with your own message. 

You will then need to tick the 'I confirm' box before clicking on the blue 'Yes' button.
