Adding A Participant To An LTA Youth Course

You can use the LTA ClubSpark Coaching app to register all your participants as well as add any 'walk-ups' to your course. The Coaching app is synced with your ClubSpark system and can help save time on your admin. 

Below are the steps on how to add a participant to an LTA Youth Course via the admin area. 

Step 1:

To manually add a player to an LTA Youth course or session, you'll first need to locate the course that you are trying to add them to. 

Step 2:

Once you're within the course that you need to add a player to, you'll need to click on the 'Add Participant' button 

Please Note: That if you are adding a player to a recurring or single-session course, then you'll need to select the session/class that you'll be adding them to. 

Step 3:

You'll then be taken to the following page where you'll need to first enter in the Parent/Guardian's details for the Junior player: If they are not already within your contacts, then you'll need to enter them as a 'New Contact'

If they are already within your contacts then you need to click on 'Existing' where you'll be able to search your contacts:

Next you'll need to add in the Junior player details: If they are not already within your contacts, then you'll need to enter them as a 'New Contact':

If they are already within your contacts then you need to click on 'Existing' where you'll be able to search your contacts:

Step 4:

Once you've added their details, you can then Send Confirmation Email to the Parent/Guardian for this booking:

Step 5: 

Once you've done that, you'll need to click the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. 

Your players will now appear on your course/class register and an email confirmation will be sent to them if you have ticked the box.
