Junior and group memberships will have a main contact assigned to them. The main contact can be changed at any time from within the Admin area.
Step 1: First head to the Membership module on the left hand side in the Admin area.
Step 2: To change the main contact of a group or junior, head to the membership package they are within and select a group or junior member, this will bring up their membership record.
Step 3: Then click on 'Contact Details' tab, this will show you who the main contact is for that group or junior.
Here you will be able to change the main contact by clicking on the blue 'Change main contact' button.
Step 4: You can now enter the details of the new main contact. If they are already within your contact's list, select 'Existing contact' to search for their name, this will avoid duplicating their contact record.
If they are new to the club and don't have an existing contact, use the 'New contact' option and fill out their details, then send them an invite to register with an LTA account.
Step 5: Make sure to hit 'Save' after changing the main aontact. This should now reflect in the membership record if you go to the 'Contact Details' tab.
