How To Make Holiday Camp Sessions Unavailable

This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how you can make a holiday camp unavailable. 

After creating and advertising your holiday camps you may notice that one of your days/sessions, in particular, gets booked up pretty quickly and you may want to withdraw the ability for any more bookings on that session/day to take place.

Please Note: You cannot make sessions unavailable in multi-week camps.

Step 1:

You will need to select the Holiday Camp from within the Coaching Module. 

Step 2:

Select the date you wish to edit from the drop-down. 

Step 3:

Then click the 'Edit date' button at the top right-hand side of the register table. A pop-up window will appear where you will be able to edit the prices and camp capacity for that selected date along with making that date/session unavailable by unticking the Available box. 

Remember to click 'Save' to complete your changes.

On the front end of your website, the change will update immediately as shown below with an 'X' in the dates/sessions that are no longer available to be booked onto.
