Adding Sibling And Member Discounts in Holiday Camps

When creating a Holiday Camp, you can add Sibling and/or Member Discounts. Sibling discount will be applied when two or more participants have signed up to a Holiday Camp. Member Discount will be applied when a participant has selected that they are a member at the tennis venue. You can choose if the membership discount should be validated by the members active membership or if user selects.

In addition to the membership/sibling discounts, you can also add a promo code discount. Please review the Discount Codes

You may have already created your camp and just want to edit it to update this setting, you can follow from Step 1. If you're currently in the process of creating your camp skip to Step 4.

Step 1:

Go to the Coaching Module in the Admin area on the left hand side.

Step 2:

Click 'Holiday camps' in the top right corner and select the applicable camp.

Step 3:

Click 'Edit camp' in the top right corner.

Step 4:

Scroll down to the 'Costs' field to apply the sibling and member discounts to your Holiday Camp (as below), change the drop-downs to 'Yes' and enter the percentage that you wish to offer. Just enter the number, i.e. 10. You don't need to add %.

and Membership

When choosing based on membership status - this will apply to any 'active' membership.

If you chose user selection, this is an honesty based selection that the member can switch from guest to member at check out to access the member discount.
