Editing/Cancelling A Holiday Camp

If you have created a Holiday Camp and you need to edit it, please have a read of this guide.

Step 1:

Go to the Coaching Module. 

Step 2:

Click 'Holiday camps' in the top right. 

Step 3:

Select the camp that you wish to edit and then click on the 'Edit camp' button in the top right corner. 

Here you will be taken to the following screen.

Please Note: Once you have someone booked onto the camp you will not be able to edit the start date of the camp or number of weeks. You will also not be able to enable 'Early drop-off' or 'Late pick-up' (single week camps only). All other information will be editable. 

Step 4 (optional):

Skip to Step 5 if you do not need to cancel your camp.

Here you will also be able to cancel the camp by clicking the 'Cancel camp' button. 

Step 5:

Once you have made your changes, click the blue 'Save camp' button at the bottom of the screen. 

Please Note: Your changes will not impact anyone who is already booked onto it.
