Editing/Cancelling A Holiday Camp

If you have created a Holiday Camp and you need to edit it, please have a read of this guide.

Step 1:

Go to the Coaching Module and click on Holiday Camps: 

Step 2:

Select  the Camp anywhere along the line or click on the 3 dots to edit camp: 

Please Note: Once you have someone booked onto the camp you will not be able to edit the start date of the camp, number of weeks and 'Players can book' fields. You will also not be able to enable 'Early drop-off' or 'Late pick-up' (single week camps only). All other information will be editable. 

Step 3 (optional):

Skip to Step 5 if you do not need to cancel your camp.

Here you will also be able to cancel the camp by clicking the 'Cancel camp' button scrolling down on the page.

Step 4:

Once you have made your changes, click the blue 'Save camp' button at the bottom of the screen. 

Please Note: Your changes will not impact anyone who is already booked onto it.
