About Igloohome

Clubspark is integrated with Igloohome to offer an additional access control solution for clubs and venues using Clubspark. We integrate with all Igloohome products that require a code entry - the most common used are the Padlock 2 and Keybox 3.

Igloohome offers a great low-cost solution for managing access to your tennis courts, clubhouse or even for hiring a ball machine.

Setting up your Igloohome Padlock

Please contact us via our contact form above to enquire and purchase an Igloohome lock before following these steps. The below guidance has been provided to support you after you have purchased an Igloohome lock through us.

Step 1 - Download the Igloohome App

Once you have received your Igloohome padlock, download the Igloohome App - iOS and Android. Once downloaded, open the App and click the register button to create an account. Fill in any information that is necessary and sign in again once completed.

Step 2 - Pair Your Lock

1. Confirm that your lock is charged a nearby
2. Login to the App
3. On the Welcome screen, select Pair new lock
4. When the Lock appears on the app, click 'Pair'
5. In the 'Lock name' field, enter a name for your lock
6. Enter in the remaining information and click 'Confirm'
7. A "Pairing complete" message will appear in the app

Step 3 - Purchase Integrations Slots

1. Login to the Igloohome App
2. Click view services
3. Select Clubspark as a service
4. Each lock requires one slot, so select one slot on the pop-up
5. Checkout

Step 4 - Connecting Your Igloohome Lock with Clubspark

For the final step, you will need to speak with a member of the Clubspark team. Please contact the member of our team that you purchased the Igloohome lock through. If you're unsure, please contact us.

1. Within the App, select the Iglooconnect tab at the bottom of the screen
2. Click on Clubspark (connected service)
3. In the top right corner, click the 'Add Lock' icon
4. On the next page, select the lock that you've named
5. Tap connect and you will be provided with an Exchange Code
6. Share your Exchange Code with the Clubspark team member and we will complete the connection
