Once you have had your SmartAccess gate installed by CIA Fire and Security, there are a few settings that need to be linked up on your Clubspark account. We will turn the gated access/lighting features on, as well as link the site up in your booking settings (you won't have access to do this).
This article will go through a list of things to check:
- Gate access control turned on and linked to ACT Site
- Court set up
- Booking schedules set up
Step 1: Login to your Admin area and select the Booking module. Find 'Settings' in the top right corner and then select 'Manage basic settings'.
Within your booking settings, ensure ‘gate access control’ is switched on - this should already be done.
Step 2: Also within the booking settings, make sure you have your site name selected it should already be linked as we do this part. If you need the WarmUp and CoolDown time amended please contact us at support@clubspark.com with what you would like to change it to and we can do this for you.
Step 3: Next check your courts have been set up, click on 'Settings' and then 'Manage courts' Here you can manage your courts. Select your category, location, size, surface type and whether they have floodlights. You can also re-order courts by using the useful tool on the left of each court.
Step 4: Check your schedules are set up correctly to include lighting where needed. Go to 'Settings' and then 'Manage schedules'. Here you can determine when the lights will come on and who can book and at what cost.
Step 5: Create a lighting rule which you can apply to the schedule. This is great for seasonal changes. e.g. set a rule for the lights to come on every Thursday from 7 pm - 9 pm. You can also add a cost to members who book during this time period.
