Q. How do I access support from Igloohome?
A. Please visit the Igloohome Support & Help Portal. You will find there various support articles and also be able to contact their customer service team with any queries.
Q. How will customers/members receive their access code?
A. The code will be displayed in the booking confirmation email, as well as within the Clubspark Booker App.
Q. How long is the code available for?
A. The code will work throughout the duration of the booking and there is a 15 minute grace period, either side of the booking. Therefore, if a customer books 10:00 - 11:00, they will be able to access your facility from 09:45 - 11:15.
Q. How do I manage access codes for recurring / block bookings?
A. Currently Clubspark does not support code generation for recurring / block bookings and therefore we would advise creating a recurring PIN via the Igloohome App. For guidance on creating a recurring PIN via the App, please click here.
Please note, there is not a grace period when creating a PIN via the Igloohome App. Therefore, if you would like to give access slightly before the start of the booking we would advise creating the recurring PIN to start/end 10 or 15 minutes before and after the actual booking time.
