If a participant chooses to cancel their booking, or you need to cancel a book for any reason you can do so within the admin area of the platform.
You will first need to head to the Coaching Module and locate the course the participant it on.
Once you have located the participant, you will need to click on their name, where you will be taken to the following page:
Here you will need to click on the 'Status' drop-down and change the booking from 'Active' to 'Cancelled'. This will also free up space on the course/class for another participant to book onto to or for you to invite someone from your waiting list.
Please Note: Changing a participant's booking to 'Cancelled' will not automatically refund them. You will need to manually trigger a refund and can do that by following this guide HERE.
