This article will provide details on how you can provide different pricing based on memberships. Please note that there are slight differences based on what type of account you have and how it is set up.
The purpose of this is to have your course available to the public and have a different price option for those with memberships or specific memberships or the public.
Depending on the type of account you have, you will either have one option or two options, most will be just one.
When it says Based on membership status at the club - this will check the membership status to equal ACTIVE and grant them the discount at checkout. If the membership is not ACTIVE it will not provide the discount.
If your site is set up as an 'authority' - where the membership is set at authority level, but the coaching courses are at different linked 'child' venue sites then you will see two options to choose from -
The 1st one is looking for the membership at the venue 'child' site and the second is at the authority site. You can choose from here.

Q: The member is active but they are reporting that the membership is validated?
A: Once you have confirmed that the membership is ACTIVE. The most likely reason for this is that they have a duplicate account and the account they are logging in with is not linked to their active membership - you can check this in the contacts module and merge the contact.
