This guide will provide the steps you need to edit a course. You may want to change the start time or the name of the course. This guide shows you how to view the available options to change and how to cancel a course.
Please Note: you'll need to create a Stripe account for your courses to appear online.
Head to the Coaching Module and the below screen will appear. Choose the category / programme the course you would like to edit is located in.
You'll then be presented with the below screen.
You can either press the blue 'Options' button to the right of the course and select 'Edit course' or click on the course.
Please Note: If you click on the course, you will need to press the 'Edit course' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Once you have made changes to the course settings, you will need to click the 'Update existing sessions' for the remaining classes to have the new changes you just made.
Please Note: You can select if you would like to receive Online/Offline Payments. You can now choose 'Selected Members only' now when selecting who can book.
Next, you will have the option to 'Member Discount' and if you would like users to join after the course has started.
Now, you can enable 'Participants Cancellations' by clicking on the Toggle.
If you would like to change the Lead Coach/ Coaching Team, Time and/or Date, you can do this under 'Session Defaults'

Skip to step 5 if this doesn't apply to your venue.
You can select which facilities your venue has in place for those with disabilities and or impairments (if applicable). You do this by ticking the applicable options as in the screen image beneath.
You can now choose which court(s) your course will be taking place on, this is due to the new coaching / booking module integration feature (you can read our support guide for further information on this feature).
Choose one of the following:
a) 'Save course' to save changes.
b) If you need to cancel the course, press the 'Cancel course'. If you choose to cancel a course, the following overlay will appear.
You will need to write an email and confirm you would like to cancel the course that will get sent out to any participants who are currently booked onto the course.
