To add a participant to a course, head to the Coaching Module. Here you will be able to select the programme the course is within.
Once you have select the programme and course that you would like to add the player to, you will need to press the 'Add Participant' button in the right-hand corner.
If this is a Junior Course, the page will look like this as you will need to enter the parent/guardians contact details:
If you are adding a participant to an Adult Course, the page will look like this:
If the participant or parent/guardian is not within your contacts, you will need to fill out the 'New Contact' form. If they are within your contacts, select 'Existing Contact' and you will be able to search for their name.
Once you have filled out the players details, you can decided if you would like to send them a booking confirmation email by ticking or unticking the box. Then press Save.
The participant will now appear within your Course/Class register. If you would like to send them a payment request to make payment online click here
