GDPR - Changing Consents

When you join your venue via ClubSpark, you may have been presented with consents to opt-in or out of.

Your venue may have now created more consents that you wish to opt in to, or you may want to change your consents. 

This guide will provide you with the steps that you need to take to change your consents. 

Step 1:

First you need to log into ClubSpark, with the same login details that are already associated with your venue's account. 

Step 2:

Once you have signed in, you will need to click on your name in the top right corner, where the following drop-down will appear.

Here you will need to click on 'Profile'. 

If you have other members, such as juniors linked to your account, your drop-down will look like this.

Instead of clicking on 'Profile' like the above, they will need to click on their individual name. You will also be able to click on the other linked member's names and edit their details for them. 

Step 3:

Once you have clicked on 'Profile' or your name, you will be taken to your profile. Here you will need to click on 'Edit profile' 

Step 4: 

Once you have clicked on the 'Edit Profile' button you will then see the following screen.

Step 5:

Here you can edit any of your details on this page. However, to edit your consents you need to click on the 'Your privacy and consents' tab, where you will then see the following:

Here the you will be able to view all the consents your venue have created, and change the ones you wish to opt-in/out to. You will also be able to unsubscribe from emails sent from the venue, as well as court booking and coaching reminder emails.

Step 6:

Once you have edited this, remember to click on the 'Update my preferences' button. This will then update your profile.
