GDPR - How Do I Change My Password?

You are able to edit and update their details and password when signed into ClubSpark.

If you have forgotten your password, then follow the steps below: 

Step 1:

First head to the sign-in page on the LTA ClubSpark platform. 

Step 2:

Click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the sign-in page.

You will be sent an email please follow the link and reset your password. 

If you know the password but would like to change it then you will need to follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Once logged in, you will need to follow these steps to edit your details. Firstly, you need to click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select 'Profile' 

If you are the Main Contact, when you click on your name in the top right-hand corner, you will see a list of names of the players who are associated with your account. You will need to select the player's first name to change user or select your own name to edit your profile

Step 2:

Next you will need to click the 'Edit profile' button

Step 3:

Then you will be taken to the following screen.

Step 4:

You will need to click on the 'Your password' tab, here you will be able to change your password. Then select the blue 'SUBMIT' button to save the changes.
