How do I view my court bookings, memberships and coaching courses

Your profile within ClubSpark will allow you to see your upcoming court bookings and courses. It will also show your memberships and allow you to edit your account details and edit your privacy and consents.

How to view your profile

First, login into your club account. By clicking Login in the top right of the screen. 

The once logged in, click on your name on the top righthand side of the screen. 

Note: if you have children or partners linked to your account you will also see them here: 

Your Details

Here you can edit the details that club holds on you. We recommend that you include an emergency contact name and phone number. 

Your Privacy and Consents

In this section you can unsubscribe from emails from your Tennis Club by clicking on the unsubscribe box. Note: If you choose to unsubscribe from emails you will still receive transactional emails such as booking confirmation. You are unsubscribing from the emails sent out from the club, i.e. club news, marketing etc. 

Reminder emails:  Here you can choose if you wish to receive reminder emails for upcoming court bookings and courses. These are sent on the day of the court booking or course. 

Remember to Update my preferences if you make any changes. 

Your bookings 

In this section you can view your upcoming bookings, you can cancel the bookings (if within the cancelation window set by your venue).  You can also book another court. 

Your courses

In this section you can see your course history, click on the tabs for upcoming, in progress, completed and canceled for more information. 
If your venue/coach has set the permissions to cancel the course you can do so from this page by clicking on View Course Details. Then click Cancel. 

It will show like this if possible, or if not then it will provide details of the coach to cancel. If the course is in the past it will state: Cancellation window has expired 

Your Memberships

Here you can see you membership status. If you or a linked contact are due to renew, you can do that from this page.
