Subscribing To and Unsubscribing From Emails

If you no longer wish to receive emails from your club or venue, you can unsubscribe from emails sent from the venue.

Please note, you can not unsubscribe from transactional emails, such as payment requests and membership renewals. These will still be sent. The emails that you unsubscribe from will be marketing or informational emails sent from the club, such as newsletters or club information and/or from court booking and coaching reminders, that are sent on morning of the upcoming session. 

You can re-subscribe or unsubscribe to emails is through your profile, this must be done by you, your venue won't be able to do this on your behalf.

Step 1:

First login into your account with your registered details.

Step 2:

Select your name in the top right corner, a drop-down menu will appear, then select 'Profile' or if you have multiple names on your account, click on your name. 

Please Note: If you are in a group or junior membership you will have a list of all the other members associated with the membership linked to your account, in this case just click on your name (you won't see profile).

Step 3:

On the following screen select 'Your profile' and Select 'Your privacy and consents':

In this section you can update any consents you have opted in or out of, at the bottom underneath the list of consents you can amend if you wish to re-subscribe to emails: 

You have multiple options : They work slightly differently, so please read. Some you uncheck for unsubscribe and some you check. 

 

Unsubscribe - Check/Tick to Unsubscribe - If you choose to unsubscribe from emails you will still receive transactional emails such as booking confirmation or renewal reminders. You are unsubscribing from the emails the club sends, such as newsletters, invites to events etc. 

Reminder Emails -  Uncheck/remove tick to Unsubscribe. These are emails sent on the day of the coaching course or court booking. You can choose to unsubscribe from these. To unsubscribe - uncheck the boxes. The are on by default.

Step 5:

You need to  select 'Update my preferences' to save the changes.

You can make changes at anytime by logging back in and editing your preferences.
