You can unsubscribe from emails sent from the venue. Please note, you can not unsubscribe from transactional emails, such as payment requests and membership renewals. These will still be sent. The emails that you unsubscribe from will be marketing or informational emails sent from the club, such as newsletters or club information.
You can re-subscribe or unsubscribe to emails is through your profile, this must be done by you, your venue won't be able to do this on your behalf.
First login into your account with your registered details.
Select your name in the top right corner, a drop-down menu will appear, then select 'Profile'.
Please Note: If you are in a group or junior membership you will have a list of all the other members associated with the membership linked to your account, in this case just click on your name (you won't see profile).
On the following screen select 'Edit profile':
Select 'Your privacy and consents':
In this section you can update any consents you have opted in or out of, at the bottom underneath the list of consents you can amend if you wish to re-subscribe to emails:
The system also allows you to unsubscribe from court booking reminders by unchecking the checkbox. You would tick this if you have unsubscribed and want to subscribe back into receiving these emails see below:
Remember to select 'Update my preferences' to save the changes.
