Deleting and Archiving Coaching Categories

Within the coaching module, you can archive custom categories that are no longer being used. It might be that the coaching courses are old or no-longer actively being offered at your venue. 
You are not able to archive the LTA categories - such as LTA Youth, Cardio Tennis. 

Archiving will remove them from your coaching dashboard, however, the data within them are still held within the system. You can unarchive them if needed. 

NOTE: Archiving the category does NOT cancel the course or remove it from the public view. If the course is Active and Upcoming. You will need to cancel the course by editing the course and cancelling it prior to archiving the category.  If it completed this not needed. 

It is important to note that once archived it IS possible to make it active again. 

Steps to archive a category: 

Step 1: In coaching module, in the category you wish to archive. Click on the three dots: 


Step 2:  A pop up window will appear - Are you sure you want to archive Junior coaching? It will be possible to un-archive this category at a later date.

Click Confirm to proceed.

To view the archived packages. 

• Click on Archived where you can search by name. 
• To Unarchive - click the three dots and Un-archive
• Confirm
