When creating a Holiday Camp, you can add Sibling and/or Member Discounts. Sibling discount will be applied when two or more participants have signed up to a Holiday Camp. Member Discount will be applied when a participant has selected that they are a member at the tennis venue.
You may have already created your camp and just want to edit it to update this setting, you can follow from Step 1. If you're currently in the process of creating your camp skip to Step 4.
Go to the Coaching Module in the Admin area on the left hand side.
Click 'Holiday camps' in the top right corner and select the applicable camp.
Click 'Edit camp' in the top right corner.
Scroll down to the 'Costs' field to apply the sibling and member discounts to your Holiday Camp (as below), change the drop-downs to 'Yes' and select the percentage that you wish to offer (these can be different from each other).
Click 'Save camp'.
The sibling and member discounts are mentioned on the search results and camp details pages to notify your players.
The discount(s) will be applied at the time of payment.
Please Note: The Club/Coach is responsible for ensuring that only Members have selected the reduced "Member Pricing" as the ClubSpark system currently allows anyone to say that they are a member.
