Creating a Free Trial for Coaching

As requested by a number of coaches we have built the free trial feature. This is part of the coaching subscription feature and only available if you are using the subscription option at present. The benefits of the free trial period is to get the players signed up and can trial the session. They can choose to cancel prior to their subscription starting.

In this section there is an option to create a free trial:  To enable this - tick this box when creating the course. 

Select the number of weeks the free trial is open. I.e. if the session is weekly, how many sessions can they attend in the free trial. 

Once created - the free trial will look like this and how they will set up the subscription.

Players can change their bank account if needed from their profile, they do this by logging in to their account - from their name, they select profile. Then courses. 



NOTE: The person will not pay until after the free trial. 
The player will receive a confirmation email with this information, they will also receive a confirmation email with details on how to cancel.
