The coaching module has now been updated to enable venues and clubs like yours to make coaching courses for specific members. This will be done by allowing members of specific membership packages to book only. This guide will provide simple steps to accomplish this.
Step 1: Go to the coaching module by selecting 'Coaching' on the left of your admin area.
Step 2: Select a coaching category and then the 'Create new course' button.
Step 3: Choose a course type which can be 'short course, single session or recurring sessions'.
Step 4: Fill in all the necessary information for your course such as the name, reference, status, skill level and others.
Step 5: When you get to the 'Costs' section, you will see the option for 'Who can book', here you would choose 'Selected members only'.
Step 6: Select the 'Edit' button and tick the box for the applicable memberships that can book. You can choose as many as you want and use the 'select all' if all packages need to be used.
Step 7: Choose 'Select memberships' when selection is complete.
NOTE: Recurring sessions will mean that members of the packages chosen will be able to book all sessions for that course, it cannot be restricted per session.
Step 8: Finish filling in the course settings such as ' cancellations' and 'session defaults'. When the settings are completed choose 'save course' at the very bottom of the page.

Can I remove membership packages if I change my mind about which packages can book?
Yes. To remove any packages from the selection of membership packages that can book, you would find your course and use the 'BIN' icon beside the membership name to remove it as shown below.
If you need help locating your course again, you can refer to our guide here: Editing A Course
Can I apply the discount option to specific membership packages only as well?
No, currently this is for the 'who can book section' of courses but we will add this ability for discounts in the future as well.
