Duplicating A Coaching Course

This is a great feature designed to save you time, instead of having to create a new course from scratch you can simply duplicate an existing course. You also have the option to import active members across to the new course

The guide below will cover how to duplicate the course and import active members in you wish. 

PLEASE NOTE: Only short courses can be duplicated. 

Step 1:

If you have coaching course that you wish to duplicate, you will need to head to the Coaching Module and find the course you would like to copy. 

Once you have found the course, click on the blue 'Options' button to the right of the course and click 'Duplicate'. 

Step 2:

Once you have clicked the 'Duplicate' button, the following overlay will appear: 

Here you will be able to select the new start date of the duplicate course as well as importing over any active participants that you have. If you don't wish to import the active players across just click on the blue part of the toggle to turn the feature off. 

Once you have selected this information, click the blue 'Duplicate' button and your new course will be ready to go. It will be named Course Name Copy 1 until you edit the course. 

Step 3:

If you wish you are able to edit the course. However, please note that if you wish to cancel any classes from the course and you have imported over the active participants they will receive a cancellation email for that class. 

You can however, edit the class and set it to hidden preventing the participants from seeing that class details. If you would like to edit a class, click here. 

Please note: After duplicating a course the imported participants cost will show as £0, but as long as the cost of the course is correctly set. Then, when payment request is sent, it'll pull the cost that has been set for the course in the email the participant receives and then the cost will be updated in the coaching course when they've made payment.
