Junior Memberships need to be purchased from the parent/guardian's own LTA account, as the main contact of the membership. If you are not registered with Clubspark, you can do this during the membership purchase process.
This guide is split into 2 sections:

Purchasing a Junior membership from a Payment Request link sent out by an Admin
If you are joining through a payment request link, the member and parent/guardians details have been set up by the Admin already when creating the payment request.
Please note: If these are showing incorrectly please reach out to the Venue admins to get this resolved and a new request sent out.
Step 1: If you have been sent a payment request, check the details are showing correctly and then click the link 'Apply now and activate membership'.
Here is an example of a Payment Request email for a Junior package. In this example the Junior's name is 'Clubspark Jr'.
If this has been set up correctly by the venue admin, the email will be addressed to the Parent/Guardian and the listed member, will show as the Juniors name.
Step 2: You will be taken to the LTA sign-in/register page.
Login with your existing LTA Account (Parent/Guardian) or register a new LTA Account for yourselves NOT the junior.

Step 3: You will be taken directly to the payment pages (as shown in Step 4 below or click here). You will be asked what method you wish to pay with for the membership (depending on the venue's choice)
Purchasing a Junior Membership from the Membership/Join webpage
Step 1: If you are new to the venue, then head to your venue's website and on the junior membership package that you wish to purchase and the payment option (if applicable). Then click 'Join now'
Step 2: Login with your existing LTA Account (Parent/Guardian) or register a new LTA Account for yourselves NOT the junior- the information you fill in here must be for you as the parent/guardian not the junior.

Step 3: if you are purchasing from your venue's website and once you have registered/signed in, you will be taken to the following screen, the first section of the Purchaser details, will not be editable. You will notice the details are already filled out from the logged in Parent's LTA account details.
Please note: If the Parent/Guardian details are showing incorrectly, you have incorrectly created the LTA account. You would need to reach out to LTA support here to get these amended. Any issues with this please contact Clubspark support.
Step 5: The next section which you need to fill in is the 'Purchaser's contact details' which needs to be completed with the Parent's/Guardian's contact details.
Step 6: Agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Continue to member details.
Step 7: If you don't see the Junior's name listed under You (Your name). You will need to click 'Add a new member' to add them as a profile under your account.
Step 8: Fill in the Junior members details and make sure to tick the checkbox (in red) 'I confirm I am the Parent or Guardian of this player, or have the permission of the Parent or Guardian to book on behalf of this player.'
Step 9: If there is an option, choose your payment option. Click confirm to go to the payment page.

Step 10: If you are paying via Stripe, you will re-directed to this payment page, enter your card details and hit Pay. After completing payment on Stripe, skip to step to Step 12 here,
GoCardless' Payment page
Step 10: If you are paying via GoCardless, you will redirected to the payment page shown below, you will need to enter your personal and bank details.

Step 11: After correctly setting up the Direct Debit GoCardless payment, you should see this message.
Order Confirmation page
Step 12: After completing payment via Stripe or GoCardless, this will redirect you to the Clubspark order confirmation page.
If the member's name is showing correctly as the Junior's name, then you have successfully purchased a Junior membership.
In this example, you can see the member is listed as 'Clubspark Jr.'
The venue will be notified of payment and once the membership has been activated you will be able to book courts on behalf of the junior member. You can follow this guide which has further information on how to do this.
