Junior Membership needs to be purchased by their main contacts (parent/guardian). If their main contact is not yet registered to ClubSpark, they can do this during the membership purchase process.
These are the steps that the main contacts will need to follow when purchasing a junior membership:
1. If they have been sent a payment request, then the main contact will need to follow the link within the email, where they will be taken to the sign-in/register page.
If they are new to your venue, then the main contact will head to your venue's website and click on the junior membership package that they wish to purchase and register themselves NOT the junior.

2. If they have followed from a payment request link, then they will be taken straight to the payment page.
Once the main contact has registered/signed in, they will then be taken to the following screen if they are purchasing from your venue's website:
Here is where the main contact will enter the junior member's details.
3. Here, along with if they have followed a payment request link, they will be asked what method they wish to pay for the membership.
Once payment has been made, then the admins will receive a notification to inform the venue a membership has been paid for as well as now providing the junior member with an active membership.
