A new member can join your venue by following the link: https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/venuename/join
This link can be placed on your website or in marketing materials that you can send to potential members.
Please note: Please ensure ask your members' to ensure their postcode is in capital letters in their account details. Otherwise they will encounter an error when trying to purchase their membership.
Step 1: If you are using the Clubspark website, they can click on the 'Membership' tab to view all the 'Public' memberships available at your venue.
Please note: Only membership packages made available to members will be displayed.
Continuous membership packages will be displayed as 'Monthly membership', Date of Purchase packages will be displayed with its term length (12 months membership) and Fixed Date (seasonal) packages will be displayed with the dates the package runs between.
Step 2: It will automatically populate some of the members details, as the purchaser. They will need to enter in further details such as an address if not already populated.
Step 3: They will then need to agree to the T&Cs and continue to members details section.
Step 3: The member will need to choose themselves if purchasing a Adult or Student membership.
If joining a group package, the member will be able to add the other members of the group to the package. It's important for them to click their own name so they are also included in the package and not just as a 'Main Contact'.
If joining a junior package, the details of the junior, as well as an adult contact, will have to be added. They will be able to either add a new member:

Step 4: Once all the members details have been added, they will either be presented with 'Continue to payment' or 'Continue to add-ons'. Not all memberships will have Add-ons, this is an option down to the club. They can select the add on by selecting the quality and 'Add to basket', or they can skip and click on 'Continue to payment'.
Step 5: Here the member will be shown the order summary and options of how they want to pay.
Only payment methods that you have enabled for this package will be displayed. If the member chooses to pay with Stripe or GoCardless, they will be taken to the payment providers page to enter in card details.

Step 6: If you have the member email admin notifications turned on, you will be notified once the member joins/renews. Once the payment has been confirmed, your Admin area will update the members status to 'Active'.
