If your venue offers group membership packages (Couple, Family, etc), then this guide provides the steps the main contact will take to purchase this type of memberships.
Please note: Please ensure your postcode is in capital letters in your account details. Otherwise you will encounter an error when trying to purchase your membership.
Following a Payment Request
If your venue have sent you a payment request, you will need to follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to your payment request email, here you need to click on the 'Apply now and activate membership' link. You will then be taken to the sign-in page.

Step 2: Once you have signed-in or registered, you will be taken to the following page:
Here you will need to click on 'Join now' or 'Renew now' depending on what you are doing, where you will be able to make payment for your membership.
Step 3: NEW Feature Add-Ons. This section is optional, so if your venue does not provide any add-ons this won't appear and you can skip to the payment section.
Step 4: Once you have clicked on the 'Continue to Payment' button, you will be taken to the payment screen where you will need to select how you wish to make your payment.
Step 5 for GoCardless Payments
Step 6 for Stripe Payments
Step 7 for offline payments (Cash, Cheque or Other)
Step 5: If you pay via GoCardless, you will be taken to the following page:
Here, you will need to enter your bank details to proceed with your payment.
Step 6: If you pay via Stripe, you will see the following overlay:
Here you will need to enter your card details to make payment.
Step 7: If your venue allows you to pay offline you will be take to the following page, there will be instructions on how to pay for your membership e.g cash at the clubhouse.
You will also be taken to this page if you have paid via an online payment method (Stripe/GoCardless)
Purchasing a New Membership via your Venue's Website
If you are a new member looking to join a group membership at a venue. Head to the venue's website to see the group packages available to join then follow the steps shown below.
Step 1: First head to the venue's website, where you will be able to view all the membership packages that they have available:
Here you will need to click on the 'Join now' button for the group membership that they would like to join.
Step 2: Here you will need to either sign-in to your Clubspark account, or register to the platform.
Step 3: Once you have signed-in or registered, you will be taken to the following page:
Here you will need to enter in your own information as well as accept the venue's terms and conditions.
Step 4.1: Once you have entered your details, you will then proceed to the next page where you will select everyone who will be a member within the package. You will also need to select themselves if you are also going to be a member.
Please note: If you do not select yourselves, you won't be a member of the package and will only appear as the main contact. If this happens please reach out to your venue who can add you as a member to the record so you are not charged as a non member.
Step 4.2: To add another member to the group, you will need to click on '+Add a new member' where you will see the following:
You will need to do this for all the member's that will be joining them within the membership.
Please note: This is the only chance you have to add other members, you won't be able to login after to add additional members, you would need to contact your venue to do this for you.
Step 4.3: Once you have entered and selected all the members who will be in the membership package, you will then be able to continue to the payment screen by clicking the 'Continue' button.
Step 5: NEW Feature Add-Ons. This section is optional, so if your venue does not provide any add-ons this won't appear and you can skip to the payment section.
Step 6: Here you will be taken to the payment screen, you will be able to select from the payment methods that the venue have set up
Head to Step 7 for GoCardless payments
Head to Step 8 for Stripe payments
Head to Step 9 for offline payments.

Please note: That at this point, only the main contact will be registered and able to book for themselves and on behalf of other members listed in the membership. If any of the other member's in your group would like their own login, please contact your venue and they can send the member(s) an invite so they can register/ book courts with their own login details.
