Getting started with your booking module

Your booking module allows you to take online court bookings from your members and contacts. You will be able to accept online payments and setup your entire club schedule.

Detailed information on your module can be found in the Your Booking Module section of this user guide.

Here is a step by step guide to getting started:

1. First you can add a logo via the profile module and then navigate to the 'Booking' module, along the left hand side of your admin area.

2. If you would like to accept online payments for court bookings, you will need to connect your account to Stripe.

3. In basic settings, you can determine your access settings, setup your venue timings, decide whether you will accept online payments and apply your booking rules.

4. Add all the courts which are available for your users to book.

5. Select the days which your venue is open and closed through your annual calendar.

6. Add responsibilities

7. Create and setup your booking schedule. It is here where you can open up your booking sheet to members.

8. Add your booking confirmation information.

9. Upload your terms of use.

10. Link your booking sheet to your website.
