If your venue offers group membership packages (Couple, Family, etc), then this guide provides the steps the main contact will take to purchase this type of memberships.
If you have members within the membership and have sent them a payment request, then the main contact will be taken to the payment page only. The admin will need to ensure that during the import process all group members have been added correctly or they can be manually added at a later date.
1. If the main contact was sent a payment request, then they will need to follow the link within the email.
If they are new to your venue, then the main contact will head to your venue's website and click on the group membership package that they wish to purchase and register themselves.

2. If they have followed from a payment request link, then they will be taken straight to the payment page.
Once the main contact has registered/signed in, they will then be taken to the following screen if they are purchasing from your venue's website:
Here is where the main contact will enter all the details for each member that will be within the group membership that they are wishing to purchase.
The main contact will also need to ensure that they also select their name during this process to also be showing as a member.
3. Here, along with if they have followed a payment request link, they will be asked what method they wish to pay for the membership.
Once payment has been made, then the admins will receive a notification to inform the venue a membership has been paid for as well as now providing the junior member with an active membership.
Please Note: That at this point, only the main contact will be showing as a registered member (with a login to ClubSpark); if you wish for the other members within the group to be able to log in and book their own courts, then they can do so. Here is a guide with further information.
